The Picasso flasher float is simple  and inexpensive yet super effective. It can be used both as a marking float or simply as a flasher float. It has higher buoyancy than other flasher floats in the market thus allowing the use of multiple chains with no concern of the float sinking. Float comes fully setup like in the picture with a bungee rope and 100 feet of 400lb monofilament with a snap swivel at the end.
