62X FIRST STAGE:
The 62X first stage features a chrome "pearl" finish, making it highly resistant to abrasion while offering a unique and elegant appearance. It comes standard with Mares Auto-Sealing Technology (AST), which is automatically activated by airflow without any mechanical solution, ensuring maximum reliability. This creates anti-flooding protection that keeps the first stage dry in all conditions.
Additionally, the 62X first stage has pre-oriented low pressure (LP) and high pressure (HP) ports. All low-pressure (LP) ports include Mares' patented Dynamic Flow Control (DFC) for high, consistent airflow at all depths.
ATLAS SECOND STAGE:
The Atlas second stage is constructed with all-metal technology and features a Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) and a Pneumatic Assisted Design (PAD) system. These designs ensure comfortable, effortless breathing in every situation. It also has a large, user-friendly purge button, making it easy to use even while wearing thick gloves.
Offering the latest in uncomplicated ingenuity in modular console design, the combination of SPG and Depth Gauge is very popular as the Depth Gauge offers a back-up for depth readings to the dive computer. It has multiple attachment points and clear displays for easy readability.
The Anti-shock elastomeric techno-polymer case comes with a precise pressure gauge featuring. Multiple attachment loops allow perfect console positioning and underwater operations.
One of the most compact regulators on the market and the one suitable for left and right configurations depending on the type of diving you do. It is small enough to be fitted even in the pocket of your BCD. The Mares SXS Octopus can be used in a sidemount configuration, standard recreational diving or as a stage regulator on your stage cylinder tank.
The Mares Mares SXS Octopus has also designed a new deflector to optimise the Venturi effect and reduce the risk of free flow, ensuring smoother, more comfortable inhalation, even at depths greater than 100m.
This bag offers plenty of space to store your regulators safely. It is well padded to help absorb the knocks and bumps during transit and features a large u-shaped double zip for easy access. The bag is fitted with a shoulder strap on the outside, an ID slot and zipped mesh pocket on the inside of the flap and velcro tabs to help secure your regulators.
